毛细支气管炎并发心力衰竭患儿心肌钙蛋白Ⅰ的测定及意义

Mensuration and Significance of Serum Levels of Cardiac Troponion I in Children with Bronchiolitis and Congestive Heart Failure

摘要 目的了解毛细支气管炎(毛支)并心力衰竭CTnⅠ的改变及意义。方法分别用微粒子免疫发光法和酶法检测46例毛支心衰患儿血清中的CTnⅠ和CK-MB。其中毛支心衰患儿26例,先心并毛支心衰患儿20例,另外单纯毛支患儿30例,正常对照儿30例。结果⑴毛支心衰患儿血清CTnⅠ阳性率(100%)远较CK-MB阳性率(69.6%)为高,二者差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。⑵先心并毛支心衰组较毛支心衰组血清CTnⅠ增高更明显,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.01);单纯毛支组患儿血清CTnⅠ不增高,较先心并毛支心衰组(P<0.01)和毛支心衰组(P<0.01),差异均有显著性。结论血清CTnⅠ测定对反映毛支心衰心肌受损有重要意义。 Objectiv To explore changes and significance of serum cardiac troponin I in children with bronchiolitis and heart failure. Methods Serum levels of CTnⅠ and CK-MB in 46 children with bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure were respectively measured by corpuscular immunofluorescence and enzymatic technology. 26 cases with bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure, 20 cases with congenital heart disease and bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure were founded in previous 46 children. Additional, 30 cases with bronchiolitis and 30 healthy children were served as control group . Results ⑴Masculine ratios of CTnⅠ(100%) in children with bronchiolitis and heart failure were greatly higher than that of CK-MB (69.6%). There was significant difference(P<0.01).⑵ Serum levels of CTnⅠ in children with congenital heart disease and bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure were greatly higher than that in children with bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure. There was significantly different(P<0.01). Compared with what in congenital heart disease and bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure group (P<0.01) and bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure group(P<0.01), serum levels of CTnⅠ in bronchiolitis group didn't elevate, there were significant differences. Conclusions There was importantly significance to mensurate serum CTnⅠ in reflecting harm of cardiac muscle in children with bronchiolitis and congestive heart failure
