沃丽汀治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变62例

The Efficacy of JOLECTTHIN as a Treatment for Central Serous Retiopathy

目的观察沃丽汀治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的疗效。方法选择中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者62例(68眼),其中陈旧性30例(36眼),新发性32例(32眼)。对上述患者给予口服沃丽汀治疗,每人分别在给药后1个月、2个月、3个月进行检查。结果陈旧性1个月、2个月、3个月有效率分别为27.8%,50%,63.9%。新发性1个月、2个月、3个月有效率分别为:46.9%,71.9%,93.8%。结论沃丽汀对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的治疗有效。

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of using JOLECTTHIN for central serous retinopathy. Methods 62 consecutive cases (68 eyes), with central serous retinopathy including 30 cases (36 eyes) who had this disease in the past time, 32 cases (32eyes) who have this disease for the first time, were enrolled and give a JOLECTThIN tablet. Each case was Followed up on a schedule of 1, 2 and 3 months after taking JOLECTTHIN. Results The cases patients in which had this disease in the past were treated after 1,2,3 months, the efficacy rates were 27.8% , 50.0% , 63.9% . The cases, patients in which have this disease for the first time were treated after 1,2,3 months, the efficacy rates were 46.9% , 71.9% , 93.8%. Conclusion JOLECTTHIN is an effective treatment for central serous retinopathy.
