中晚期食管癌107例

Report of 107 Cases of Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma

目的探讨中晚期食管癌的有效治疗方法。方法107例中晚期食管癌患者手术前后均进行化疗,以同期单纯手术的87例病人为对照,对比其疗效。结果手术、化疗组与单纯手术组相比,切除率有显著性差异(P<0.05);淋巴结转移率无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组1年生存率无显著性差异(P>0.05),2年及3年生存率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论手术前后化疗可提高手术切除率,提高远期生存率,对中晚期食管癌是行之有效的治疗方法。

Objective To explore and evaluate an effective regiment for patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma Methods 107 cases with advanced esophageal carcinoma were given chemotherapy combined with surgery as observation group, and 87 cases were control group, which were given surgery only. Then compared their efficacy.Results Compared the two groups, there were significant difference(P<0.05) in the tumor resection rates, and no significant difference(P>0.05) in the lymph metastasis rates. The 1-year survival rates of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05); the 2,3-year survival rates had significant difference(P<0.05) Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with surgery for advanced esophageal carcinoma is more effective than surgery alone and is an effective regiment.
