OPA-K在安氏Ⅱ类错治疗中的临床应用

Treat ment of ClassⅡMalocclusion with the Oriental Preadjusted Appliance-Kosaka (OPA-K)

目的探讨OPA-K治疗安氏Ⅱ′类错牙合的矫治疗效。方法安氏Ⅱ′类错牙合患者11例,前牙深覆盖伴上下牙列拥挤,拔除4个第一前磨牙,采用OPA-K直丝矫治技术进行矫治。结果矫治结束后前牙突度及轴倾度得到明显改善,前牙覆盖覆牙合正常,UI-NA角平均减少17.10°,LI-NB角平均减少7.16°,上、下切牙唇倾度得到明显改善,上下牙齿排齐,咬牙合关系恢复良好。结论OPA-K直丝矫治技术是继方丝弓矫治器和西方直丝弓矫治技术之后发展起来的较为系统的直丝矫治技术,简化而严格的矫治程序,高质量的疗效,根据东方人牙牙合特点而设计的托槽,使之更加适合我国错牙合畸形的治疗。

Objective To discussthe effects of the class′Ⅱmalocclusiontreated withthe Oriental Preadjusted Appliance -Kosaka .Meth-ods Eleven classⅡ′Patients withincreased Overjet and crowding were treated by extraction of 2 upper first and 2 lower second premolars .Allpatients were treated with OPA-K.Results The mean reductionin UI to NAangle was 11 .9 degrees andin LI to NB angle was 4 .7 degress .Class molar relationship,normal overjet and overbite were achieved.Conclusion OPA-Ksimplifiedthetreatment procedure and excellent resultscould be achieved withthe technique .
