通气方式和麻醉环路对小儿预吸氧效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 89例施择期整形手术的小儿随机分成六组。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组各16例,于麻醉诱导前分别用麻醉机循环半紧闭环路自主吸氧2分钟和3分钟;Ⅲ组15例,Ⅳ组20例,于麻醉诱导后分别用麻醉机循环半紧闭环路加压预吸氧2分钟和3分钟;Ⅴ组和Ⅳ组各11例,于麻醉诱导前用MaplesonD环路分别自主吸氧2分钟和3分钟。结果发现,用循环半紧闭环路自主吸氧时,需3分钟才能达最大预吸氧效果,而用循环半紧闭环路加压给氧和用MaPlesonD环路自主吸氧时,2分钟即可达最大预吸氧效果。
