摘要
探讨了一种基于免疫遗传算法的关联规则数据挖掘系统模型,并成功应用于某大型制药公司已实施的ERP车间管理系统中,从车间已积累的大量生产历史数据中获得潜在的规律和趋势,为公司降低生产成本,提高产品生产能力提供了有效支持。内容包括基于免疫遗传算法的关联规则挖掘的研究、生产数据关联规则挖掘模型的建立以及该模型在ERP系统中的实现等。
A system model of mining association rules based on immune genetic algorithm is discussed and successful applied to an ERP’s shop floor control system in a large pharmaceutical company. During the using of this mining system, a series of potential rules and tendencies have been acquired from the big number historical data accumulated in the product process. As a result, these association rules provided an effective support for the decrease of product costs and improvement of the productivity. The research of association rules mining based on immune genetic algorithm, the establishment of the product data association rules mining model and its realization in ERP system and so on will be included.
