摘要
１９８４～１９９３年收治良性非功能性肾上腺占位病变２８例，其中肾上腺皮质腺瘤２例，肾上腺囊肿９例，肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤１３例，肾上腺神经节瘤３例，肾上腺血管瘤１例。全组病人无内分泌症状与体征，其中２０例患者术前测ＶＭＡ，１７－ＯＨＣＳ，１７－ＫＳ均正常。
out of 28 cases of benign nonfunctional adrenal mass have been operated on from 1984 to 1993. Pathological diagnosis consisted of cortical adenoma in 2,cyst in 9,myelolipoma in 11,ganglioneuroma in 3 and hemangioma in 1.Hormonal dysfunction has been absent in all.In 20 patients,urinary 17-OHCS.17-KS and VMA were all within normal range.The diagnosis and treatment of benign nonfunctional adrenal masses were discussed.
