超激光疼痛治疗仪星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛14例

Therapeutic Effects of stellate Ganglion Block with Super Lizer HA-550 on Migraine

目的观察超激光疼痛治疗仪星状神经节阻滞治疗偏头痛的效果。方法28例偏头痛患者随机分为研究组和对照组,分别接受超激光疼痛治疗仪星状神经节阻滞及有创伤性药物星状神经节阻滞治疗。结果(1)两组患者头痛次数、头痛持续时间、头痛程度与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.01),研究组与对照组各观察指标间无显著性差异。(2)研究组无明显副反应,对照组有一定危险性。结论超激光疼痛治疗可有效治疗偏头痛,同时具有无侵袭性、安全性及可控性高的特点。

Objective To observe the effect of stellate Ganglion Block(SGB)with super Lizer HA-550(SL)on Migraine.Methods 28 patients with migraine were divided into two groups randomly. SGB with SL was used in the investigating group and invasive SGB with drugs was used in control group.Results (1)The number of headache attack,duration and degree of headache were all reduced obviously after the treatment in two groups(P<0.01).No significant difference were found between investigating group and control groups.(2)There were no obvious side-effects observed in investigating group,but the method used in control group were invasive and therefore may be dangerous.Conclusion SL could treat migraine effectively.It had advantages of safety,no invasion and high controlability.
