西酞普兰与阿米替林长期治疗抑郁症的效果成本分析

The Effect and Cost Analysis of Citalopram and Armitpriptyline in the Treatment of Clepression

目的评价西酞普兰与阿米替林长期治疗抑郁症的疗效及成本-效果比。方法采用HAMD和TESS,对30例服用西酞普兰和30例服用阿米替林的抑郁症患者的疗效和副反应进行比较,并对其费用进行比较分析。结果西酞普兰和阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效和总费用无显著性差异,但两者副反应有显著差异。结论西酞普兰总费用和阿米替林相当,但更安全,适合用于长期治疗抑郁症。

Objective To compare the efficacy and effect-cost ratio between citalopram and armitpriptyline in the treatment of depression. Methods 30 depression patients were treated with citalopram and other 30 patients with armitpriptyline. The effect and side effects were assessed with HAMD and TESS, and the cost was contrasted. Results The cost and effect had no significant difference between the two groups, but the difference of side effects was significant. Conclusion A citalopram was similar with armitpriptyline on the effect and cost, but it was safer and more suitable for the longterm treatment.
