心脏瓣膜置换32例围手术期的护理体会

The Nursing of Patients Who were Operated on the Replacement of Cardiac Valves during the Peri-operational Period

目的探讨心脏瓣膜置换围手术期的护理措施。方法对32例患者术前加强健康教育指导,术后加强循环、呼吸、心功能的监护,抗凝治疗及并发症的预防和护理。结果术后发生左心衰竭2例,频发室性早搏1例,3人8次有一般性出血现象(如月经过多、牙龈出血等),无颅内出血等严重出血现象,未发生瓣膜血栓及全身栓塞。术后8～12h拔除气管内插管后6h进流食,全部治愈出院,无护理并发症发生。结论术前健康教育指导,术后加强循环、呼吸、心功能的监护及抗凝治疗,是心脏瓣膜置换手术获得成功的重要保障。

Objective To study the nursing measures of patients who were operated on the replacement of cardiac valves in the peri-operational period.Methods 32 cases were given health education guidance before the operation,the circulation,breath,and heart function examination,anticoagulatory treatment and the nursing of complications were astengulatory treatment and the nursing of complications were strengthened after the operation.Results Among the 32 cases,two had left-heart failure. One had frequent ventricular extrasystole. Three had usual bleeding phenomena for eight times,such as menorrhalgia,gums bleeding,etc. No one had cranium internal haemorrhage.The whole group had no valve thrombus and embolism in the whole body. The pipe was extracted after operation for 8-12 hours,liquid food was given 6 hours later All 32 cases were cured and left hospital without nursing complications.Conclusion Health education guidance before the operation,the circulation,breath heart function examination,and anticoagulatory treatment afrer the operation were-the key to succeed in the replacement of cardiac valves.
