摘要
随着互联网的普及和电子商务技术的飞速发展,很多行业都纷纷触网,保险和电子商务的结合也成为一种必然趋势。在互联网环境下,保险业的信息模式和市场性质均发生了深刻的变化, 由此导致,在电子商务平台下,保险公司的产品、渠道、促销、价格均发生了很大的变化,因此, 应采取4P与4C相结合的保险营销组合策略。
With the development of Internet and electronic commerce, many industries begin to contact Internet. The combination of insurance and electronic commerce will be an inevitable trend. In the environment of network, great changes in the information modeling and market character have taken place. As a result, the product, channel, sale and price of the insurance company have also been greatly changed. Therefore, the combination of 4P and 4C insurance marketing strategy should be adopted.
