推行模拟股份分配制度将职工的利益牢牢地与项目的经营状况捆绑为一体,充分调动职工开展成本核算的积极性、主动性。根据项目管理的特点建立科学、规范的工资收入分配制度,拉开工资收入水平,形成有效的分配激励与约束机制,进而调动各方面主动参与项目管理的积极性, 提高项目财务管理水平。
The system that distributing salary according to worker's shares combines the employee's benefit with the earnings of the project and spur employees to calculate project costs.According to the project's characteristics, build a scientific salary distribution system to encourage people to earn more money and pay more attention to the project management and improve the level of the project financial management.
