NES-C3测试生产性噪声对暴露工人神经行为的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的运用中文版计算机神经行为评价系统(NES-C3)探讨噪声对职业接触工人神经行为的影响。方法使用NES-C3神经行为评价系统对84名暴露组和44名对照组工人的神经行为进行测试。暴露组84名又按接触生产性噪声工龄分为低暴露组(工龄≤10年)和高暴露组(工龄>10年)。所有对象及内容均由专业人员单独测试。结果暴露组神经行为如情感、心算、符号译码及目标追踪等项目与对照组相比有明显改变(P<0.05);低暴露组与高暴露组相比差异亦有显著性(P<0.05),表现出一定的剂量-效应关系。结论生产性噪声可引起作业工人的情感状态、心理运动能力及手眼协调能力的改变。而NES-C3可以用于生产性噪声暴露工人神经系统亚临床损害指标的早期判断。 Objective:The Computerized Neurobehavioral Evaluation System(Chinese version,NES-C3)was applied to explore the effects of noise on worker′s neurobehavioral functions.Methods:84 noise-exposed workers and 44 non-exposed workers were chosen as subjects.Exposed workers were divided into low noise-exposed group(exposed to noise 10≤years)and high noise-exposed group(exposed to noise>10years)by their working years.Each person was tested by professional person.Results:The noise-exposed workers changed significantly comparing with the control in the indexes of mood,calculation,digit symbol,and pursuit aiming(P<0.05).There was also significantly difference between the high exposed group and low exposed group(P<0.05).and there was dose-effect relationship.Conclusions:The emotion state,psychomotor performance,and manual dexterity in the noise-exposed workers could be changed.The Nes-C3 could be used to detect the workers exposed to noise at their subclinical stages.
