介绍水库移民社会保障基金的筹集渠道,分析移民社会保障基金的3种筹集模式:现收现付模式、完全积累模式、部分积累模式,得出结论:水库移民社会保障基金筹集模式宜采用部分积累的筹集模式,以提高移民应付突发事件的能力、避免完全积累模式带来的负面效应。

Collection of social security fund of reservoir immigrants is introduced. The following 3 collecting modes are analyzed: immediate collecting and paying mode, full accumulation mode and partial accumulation mode. It is concluded that the collecting mode should employ partial accumulation mode so as to raise immigrants' ability to deal with sudden events and to avoid adverse impact resulted from full accumulation mode.
