Causes and Countermeasures of the Weakness of Comprehensive Agricultural Production Capacity in China

农业健康、稳定、有序地发展是解决“三农”问题的根本。当前,我国农业综合生产能力相当薄弱,这其中有历史与现实、客观与主观以及制度与技术等方面的原因。因此需要从多方面、多角度入手,只有从整体上制定出行之有效的对策,才能从根本上解决我国农业生产能力薄弱的不良局面。

Healthy, stable and orderly agricultural development is of essence to tackling the issues of 'agriculture, countryside and farmers'. At present, China is fairly weak in comprehensive agricultural production capacity, and there are historic and realistic, objective and subjective, and institutional and technical causes for it. Therefore, there is a need to proceed from multiple aspects and angles and to formulate effective countermeasures as a whole, so as to fundamentally solve the problem.
