由间氯苯甲酸与丙酸合成间氯苯基丙酮的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON SYNTHESIS OF m-CHLOROPROPIOPHENONE FROM m-CHLOROBENZOIC ACID AND PROPIONIC ACID

摘要 在铁粉和二氧化锰催化下,以间氯苯甲酸、丙酸为原料合成了间氯苯基丙酮。分别研究了缩合反应和脱羧反应的影响因素,确定了间氯苯基丙酮的最佳合成条件为:缩合反应温度140℃,反应时间3.5h;脱羧反应温度为280℃,反应时间0.5 h;n(丙酸):n(间氯苯甲酸)=4:1;铁粉用量为总物料质量的4.14%,二氧化锰用量为总物料质量的2.07%。间氯苯基丙酮收率可达70.0%以上,纯度w(间氯苯基丙酮)=99.5%。 The m-chloropropiophenone was synthesized from m-chlorobenzoic acid and propionic acid on the composite catalyst—Fe and MnO_2.The key factors of condensation reaction and decarboxyla- tion reaction were investigated,and the preferable technological conditions were obtained as follows: condensation reaction temperature 140℃,reaction time 3.5 h;decarboxylation reaction temperature 280℃,reaction time 0.5 h;n(propionic acid):n(m-chlorobenzoic acid)=4:1;the amount of pul- verized iron is 4.14%(based on total mass of reacting materials);the amount of manganese dioxide is 2.07%(based on total mass of reacting materials).The yield of m-chloropropiophenone is up to 70.0% and its purity is w(m-chloropropiophenone)=99.5%.
