摘要
采用微量热法研究了载银B2O3-SiO2-Na2O玻璃对大肠杆菌作用的热功率输出曲线,得到了大肠杆菌在不同的抗菌剂浓度下的生长速率常数k,抑制率I等参数,定量说明了载银B2O3-SiO2-Na2O玻璃对大肠杆菌有很强的抑制作用。
The antibacterial action of silver-supported B_2O_3-SiO_2-Na_2O glass on Escherichia coli was studied by microcalorimetry. The parameters, such as growth rate constant k and inhibitory ratio I, were obtained. The results indicated that the silver-supported B_2O_3-SiO_2-Na_2O glass had an excellent antibacterial action.
