摘要
以碳酸钠作缚酸剂,1-溴-2-萘氧甲酰肼与芳酰氯反应制得N,N′-二酰基肼,后者在POCl3作用下脱水环化成2-(1-溴-2-萘氧甲基)-5-芳基-1,3,4-噁二唑。其结构经1HNMR,IR,MS和表征元素分析,并对其裂解途径进行了探讨。
2-(1-Bromo-2-naphthoxymethyl)-5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were synthesized by cyclization of N,N′-diacylhydrazines with POCl_3. N,N′-diacylhydrazines was obtained from 1-bromo-2-naphthoxyacetyl hydrazine and aroyl chloride using Na_2CO_3 as acid acceptor. The structures were characterized by ~1H NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis, and the fragmentation mechanism of MS spetra was discussed as well.
