摘要
5,10,15,20-四(4-吡啶基)卟啉与氯乙酸乙酯反应得到5,10,15,20-四(4′-氯乙酸乙酯基吡啶基)卟啉(产率78.4%),后者与过量的醋酸锌发生络合反应得到新化合物5,10,15,20-四(4′-氯化乙酸乙酯基吡啶基)卟啉络锌(产率88.4%)。其结构经UV-vis,1HNMR,IR和元素分析表征。
The new 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4′-chloride ethyl acetate pyridyl)porphyrin complexing Zn(Ⅱ) was synthetized in 88.4% yield from 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4′-chloride ethyl acetate pyridyl)porphyrin, which was obtained in 78.4% yield through 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-pyridyl) porphyrin reacted with ethyl chloroacetate, reacted with Zn acetate. The structure was characterization by UV-vis, ~1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis.
