“以人为本”是现代化管理中一种行之有效的管理手段。通过对“以人为本”思想的发展历程与变革的探索,研讨在高校后勤社会化改革中“以人为本”思想的具体内涵与实践,以利于推进后勤社会化改革工作,实现后勤社会化改革的目标。
