微调镗孔刀杆设计

针对煤矿机械加工、修理中的高精度内孔加工,普遍存在着刀具调整难、效率低、加工精度难以保证的问题,设计了一种微调镗孔刀杆。该装置利用结构简单的差动螺旋机构,通过斜块实现刀具快速、准确的微调整,达到调整方便、高精、高效。
