摘要
针对煤矿机械加工、修理中的高精度内孔加工,普遍存在着刀具调整难、效率低、加工精度难以保证的问题,设计了一种微调镗孔刀杆。该装置利用结构简单的差动螺旋机构,通过斜块实现刀具快速、准确的微调整,达到调整方便、高精、高效。
According to the hole processing in the high accuracy in the repair and machining of coal mine,Have the adjustment of curtting tool generally,disaster and efficiency are lowed and processed the problem that precision is hard to guarantee,Have designed,a kind of trimming bore hole arbor.This installation realizes cutting tool using structural simple differential snail organization,through oblique piece,is fast,accurate trimming whole,reach adjustment convenience,is high shrewd,efficiency.
