Consideration of the All-round Competence Education Under the Current Historical Conditions

论述了新的历史条件下“成才观”的几个重要问题,即什么是“成才”,怎样才能“成才”,重点分析了“成才”的一些主要因素,最后指出“成才”教育面临的新的挑战。

This thesis deals with several aspects of the all-round competence education under the current historical conditions. Firstly, the authors define the concept of talent-formation in detail. Secondly, the authors analysis some of the major factors which influence the talent-formation education. And at last, the authors point out the new challenges which we have to face up in the education of talent-formation.
