摘要
为了解nm23基因在肺癌发生和转移过程中的作用,应用免疫组织化学方法观察了nm23基因产物/核苷二磷酸激酶(nm23/NDPK)在肺癌的表达情况,结果nm23/NDPK的总阳性率为76%,其中鳞癌78%,腺癌72%,明显高于癌旁正常组织,阳性部位在细胞浆。nm23/NDPK在腺癌的表达与各种临床病理因素无关;在鳞癌的表达随着肿瘤的增大及淋巴结转移增强,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期癌高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期癌。结果表明在肺癌nm23基因并不具有转移抑制基因的功能,而与肿瘤的发生和进展有关。
t was proposed that nm2 3 gene may function as asuppressor gene for tumor metastasis, Using an anti-body to NDPK, levels of NDPK/nm23 expression inlung carcinomas were examined immunohistochemically,45 of 58 squamous carcinomas and 26 of 36 adenocarci-nomas showed strong imm u noreact ivit y for N DPK/nm23 in most of cancer cells within tumor tissues. Onsome normal bronchial epithelium and serous glands,there also show weak expression. No relationship wasfound between NDPK/nm2 3 expression and clinico-pathological parameters including tumor grade, size,ndal involvement and stage but the increases inNDPK/nm2 3 expression were stronger in advancedstages of squamous cell carcinomas.In conalusion,ourresults indicate that the increased NDPK /nm23 expres-sion in the analysed carci nomas is not consistent withthe proposed metastasis-suppressor function,but thenm23 gene may be implicated in the mechanism of car-cinogenic process and tumor progression.
