α_1－抗胰蛋白酶在自发性气胸中的改变

The change of serum α_1-antitrypsin level in patientswith spontaneous pneumothorax

通过对３２例自发性气胸患者血清α＿１－抗胰蛋白酶（α＿１－ＡＴ）的动态观察，并与正常健康人及治疗肺复张后进行对比性研究。结果表明：自发性气胸时血清α＿１－抗胰蛋白酶水平明显高于正常人及肺复张后。动态观察提示：α＿１－抗胰蛋白酶水平增高持续时间长短、增高程度与气胸吸收快慢及复发与否有关。

he serum level of α_1-antitrypsin(α_1-AT)wereobserved in 3 2 cases with spontaneous pneumothorax.The results showed the level of α_1-AT in patients ofspontaneous pneumothorax is higher than normal con-trol. The degree and duration of elevated α_1-AT levelwas rehled with the recovery of spontaneous pneumoth-orax and its reoccurrence.
