摘要 通过对本钢炼钢厂的RH-TB真空精炼工艺的优化,使真空泵系统最低真空度达到了67Pa,实现了IF钢等超低碳钢的稳定生产。真空罐耐材的使用寿命显著提高,尤其RH吸嘴的使用寿命由原平均35次提高到平均104.5次。 The minimum vacuum degree of the vacuum degree pump system has come up to 67 Pa by optimization of the RH-TB vacuum refining process in the Steel-making Plant of Benxi Steel Corporation. As the result consistent production of IF steel and other low carbon steels has been realized and the service life of the refractory material for the vacuum ladle prominently prolonged and particularly the service life of the RH nozzle has mounted to (104.5) times (average) from original 35 times.
