根据薄板坯连铸连轧技术“临界—紧凑”的工程实质,提出了薄板坯连铸连轧流程的“临界参数”概念,并对流程中的几个关键“临界参数”进行了分析。分析结果为薄板坯连铸连轧流程的优化提供了依据。

The characteristics of thin slab casting and rolling are critical and compact. According to the characteristics the concept of critical parameters of thin slabs casting and rolling process is put forward and a few critical important parameters in the flow route are analyzed. Results from the analysis provides basis for the system optimization of the thin slab casting and rolling process.
