股外侧皮神经前支的应用解剖学研究

Applied anatomical study of anterior branches ofthe lateral cutaneous nerve of the thigh

作者用固定的成人尸体５０具，对１００侧股外侧皮神经前支进行解剖学观察测量。结果表明，股外侧皮神经前支在股部恒定地出现（１００％），它从阔筋膜浅出点至第一级分支处平均距离约为７９ｍｍ，横径为２．２５ｍｍ，前后径为０．７９ｍｍ。在髂前上棘下１００ｍｍ处，前支的走行同髂前上棘至髌骨中点连线基本一致。本研究结果为股外侧皮神经前支作为面神经移植的供体神经提供了解剖学数据。

Abstract100 anterior branches of the lateral cutaneous nerveof the thigh were dissected and measured in 50 abult ca-davers. The resuhs show that this nerve is present in allsides. The average length from the point of the nervepiercing fascia lata to the point of its first branch isabout 79mm, the average width is 2. 25 mm, and theaverage thickness is 0. 79 mm respectively. It is foundthat the course of the nerve is approximately along theline between the anterior superior iliac spine and themidpoint of the patella. This study is benifit to the facialnerve grafting in clinic by providing data of the nerve.
