舍格伦综合征涎腺组织HLA－DR抗原表达的研究

An immunohistochemical study of HLA-DR ex-pression in salivary glands from patients with Sjogren’ssyndrome

作者对２１例舍格伦综合征（Ｓｊｏｇｒｅｎｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ，ＳＳ）患者的涎腺组织ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ抗原表达的免疫组织化学研究结果表明：ＳＳ涎腺组织中有ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ的异常表达（ａｂｅｒｒａｎｔｅｘｐｒｅｓｓｉｏｎ）。这些阳性着染，可见于导管细胞、腺泡细胞及部分淋巴细胞表面。与对照组相比，ＳＳ涎腺组织中此抗原表达的阳性率并无明显升高（Ｐ＞０．０５），但二者在反应强度方面有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。这一结果提示，这种异常ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ抗原表达量的多少，对ＳＳ发病影响更为重要。在上述研究的基础上，对ＳＳ的病因学进行了探讨。

AbstractSpecimens of salivary gland tissue from 21 cases ofSS were analyzed by ABC immunohisteehemistry tech-nicue with a monoclonal antibody to HLA-DR. The re-sults showed that positive immunostaining for HLA-DRwere found in duct cells, acinar cells and a part of infil-trating cells respectively. The proportions of duct andacinar cells expressing HLA-DR were not increased be-tween SS and controls. However, there are differencesin their staining intensity. The HLA-DR expression onthe epithelial cells in SS was most intense than in con-trols. Our data suggest that the HLA-DR expression ofSS may be regarded as an important factor in local im-mune rections.
