摘要
表面多孔种植体可以大大增加其与骨的接触面积,降低了种植体-骨界面的应力,使应用力更加分散,骨可长入表面孔隙中,加强了种植体与骨的结合力。作者采用纯钛粉等离子喷涂方法制成钛表面多孔种植体,植入拔除下颌前磨牙3个月后狗的下颌骨中,于植入后1、2、4、8、12周对种植体-骨界面行组织学光镜、扫描电镜及力学测试等方法观察。结果表明:骨逐渐长入种植体表面孔隙中,并与钛表面形成骨性结合,所承受的剪切强度明显高于同等规格的表面光滑种植体。提示:钛表面多孔螺旋种植体组织相容性良好,具有较优的力学性能。
AbstractTitanium porous-surfaced screw implant was madeby plasma-spray with Ti powder. The pore size was 80~300μm. Two groups of implants were implanted inthe mandibles of 15 dogs. Group A: porous-surfacedscrew implant; Group B: smooth surface screw im-plant. The bone healing was evaluated by L. M , SEM.and shear strength testing. The results show that theosteo integration of two groups were completed after 12weeks. The bone grew into porous surface. The shearstrength of group A was significantly higher than thatof group B.
