一侧颞下颌关节手术对非手术侧关节的影响 被引量:2

An experimental study on the effect of operationat one side of the TMJ to the opposite side

摘要 颞下颌关节是左右联动关节,一侧关节手术是否会对非手术侧关节产生影响及影响程度是临床医生关心的问题。本实验通过组织学、组织化学观察,对比研究了一侧关节髁突高位切除加关节盘摘除术后,加骨膜间置物与不加任何间置物对非手术侧关节的影响,并与相同月龄的正常家兔关节进行比较。通过实验观察,颞下颌关节髁突高位切除加关节盘摘除后植入或不置入间置物都将对非手术侧关节产生影响,主要表现为非手术侧关节的退行性变,单纯髁突高位切除加关节盘摘除术后16周,非手术侧关节的变性改变程度比加骨膜间置物组更重。 AbstractCondylectomy and menisectomy were performed inleft TMJ of 14 rabbits, of them, 7 were treated withperiosteal interposition and 7 without- Sixteen weeks after olje-ation, condylar cartilage of the right side werestudied and compared with 7 normal rabbits by means ofhistology and histochemistry. The results show that anoperation of high condylectomy and menisectomy withor without interposition on one side of TMJ will result indegenerative changes in the other side (nonoperatedside). The degenerative changes in the rabbits withoutany interposition are more serious than those with pe-riosteal interposition.
