合创伤对家兔颞下颌关节影响的扫描电镜观察

Effects of occlusal trauma on temporomandibularjoiuts in rabbit : a scanning electron microscopic study

为研究始创伤对颞下颌关节的影响，作者对４只对照组和６只创伤组家兔的关节盘和髁突进行扫描电镜观察。结果发现创伤后的家兔颞下颌关节表层结构遭到破坏，如网状胶原纤维丝暴露、凝胶层物质剥脱、胶原纤维束暴露及表面裂缝和缺损等。表明创伤可导致颞下颌关节表层结构的退行性改变。而且，创伤引起的关节盘病损较髁突明显；关节盘下腔面的病损较关节盘上腔面明显；实验动物一侧戴用垫，两侧关节均发生病损。

AbstractSix rabbits with unilateral occlusal splints on themandibular left molars for one month , three months orfive months were examined to study the ultrastructureof the surface of the temporomandibular joint. Four rabbits were used as control. The results showed that thesurface layer of the disk and articular cartilage weredamaged- Severe fibrillation with sheets of fibers, colla-gen fibrils and collagen bundles inside fissures andcraters were observed. These changes were seen in allrabbits with occlusal trauma and also in control rabbitsfor five months. The findings suggested that occlusaltrauma could result in degenerative changes of the tem-poromandibular joint.
