技术本质的历史生存论阐释

A discussion of technological essence from the perspective of historical existential theory

技术本质的问题是技术哲学中的根本性问题,它不但关涉到技术究竟是什么的认识问题,同时还制约和影响着技术哲学领域对其他技术问题的理解。关于技术本质的诸多认识都未能达到对技术本质深刻揭示而在理论上形成共识。从根本上说,技术是一种特殊的社会历史现象,技术本质的认识应遵循社会历史的解释原则,技术的本质只能在历史生存论的基础上予以合理地解读。

The problem of technological essence is a basic problem in technological philosophy, which concerns not only what technology is after all, but also restricts and influences the formation and understanding of some other issues and problems in technological philosophy. Up to now, there is no common understanding and conclusion as to the technological essence. Basically, technology is a special product of human history. A reasonable understanding of technological essence should be based on the social history, the historical existential theory.
