腭裂术后语音障碍和音声特征的研究

A study of palatoplasty of speech disorders and acou-tical characteristics

虽然早期行腭成形术可以改善腭咽闭合功能，但是，仍有一部分患者在术后可以出现异常语音。本研究对５１例语音障碍患者进行了音声特征研究，根据他们的音声特点，进行了以下的分类，即：声门爆破音、咽喉爆破音、咽喉摩擦音、腭化构音、侧化构音和鼻腔构音。值得一提的是：在同一个患者可伴二种以上的异常发音。

AbstractSome cleft palate patients suffer from disorders ofarticulation despite early surgical repair of the cleft andimprovement in velopharyngeal function. Some of thesearticulation disorders involve abnormal palatolingualcontact. Fifty-one subjects were investigated acoustically as well as management ranged from 8 years to 36years with a mean age of 20 years and 1 month. Theirspeech disorders were analyzed and classified into thefollows: Chinese glottal stop, pharyngeal stop , pharyn-geal fricative, nasality, palatal articulation and lateralarticulation.
