硫酸长春新碱对胃癌细胞超微结构的影响

Effects of vincristine on ultrastructure of gastric carcinoma cell

目的从亚细胞水平阐明硫酸长春新碱注射液对人胃癌细胞的影响。方法培养人胃癌细胞BGC-823株,加入硫酸长春新碱,24小时后,常规戊二醛固定、Epo812包埋,然后超薄切片(50nm),JEM100CXⅡ型透射电镜下观察。结果实验组癌细胞微绒毛减少或消失,核仁减小或消失,常见分裂中期细胞,染色体在细胞中央,细胞器减小、变形。结论硫酸长春新碱致人胃癌细胞超微结构有显著变化。

Objective To investigate the effect of vincristine for injection on hunam gastric carcinoma cell in subcellular level.Metheds Using experiment in vitro,we adds vincristine into the medium in which the cells were cultured.After five hours,the changes of gastric cells were observed by transmission electron microscope.Results The microvillus of gastric cell was decreased,the nucleolus of gastric cell was also decreased.To see frequently the metaphase of cell,Chromosomes were in the central of gastric carcinoma cell. The organcell was decreased、degenerated.Conclusion There is a significant change in ultrastructure of gastric carcinoma cell after vincristine treatment.
