凋亡相关基因蛋白bcl-2、fas在大肠息肉和肠癌中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨大肠息肉和大肠癌中凋亡相关基因bcl-2和fas表达状况。方法收集大肠炎活检标本30例,腺瘤样息肉28例,大肠腺癌78例;利用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测bcl-2、fas阳性率。结果bcl-2阳性率高于fas;大肠息肉和大肠癌中bcl-2和fas阳性率高于炎症粘膜组织(P<0.05);息肉与癌两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论粘膜炎症bcl-2和fas很少表达,在息肉和肠癌中表达增多,提示bcl-2和fas参与大肠癌形成过程。 Objective To study the expression of proapoptosis gene bcl-2 and fas in colorectal carcinoma and polyp. Methods S-P immunohistochemistry methods were used to defect the expression of bcl-2 and fas in 30 cases of enteritis,28 cases adenomatous polyp and 78 cases of adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rate of bcl-2 was higher than fas.The positive rate of bcl-2 and fas protein were significant higher in polyp and adenocarcinoma than enteritis (P< 0.05).There was no difference in the expression of the two groups between the above polyp and carcinoma (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both the bcl-2 and fas there was low expression in mucosa inflammation.Over-experssion of bcl-2 and fas in polyp and adenocareinoma.The result showed that bcl-2 and fas may play an role in the oncogenesis of large bowed.
