摘要
对D2冷作模具钢轧材共晶碳化物不均匀度进行了仔细的检测,并和D2锻材对比得出:在成品规格相近的情况下,轧材碳化物颗粒比较细小,而锻材的碳化物分布比较均匀;此外,轧材的碳化物有较明显的带状分布特点。最后对检测结果做了简略分析。
The inhomogeneity of eutectic carbide of rolled D2 die steel was detected carefully.Compared with forged D2 die steel, it can be found that rolled D2 die steel has smaller carbide particle and worse carbide uniformity. Moreover, the carbide in rolled steel shows obvious banded structure.
