摘要
通过力学试验,发现Q345角钢抗拉强度异常,进行化学成分、低倍、显微组织和夹杂物检验,发现角钢边部存在夹层(偏析),夹杂物严重,从而导致角钢强度下降,出现性能异常。
The abnormality of tensile strength of Q345 angle steel was observed through mechanica test. By investigating chemical composition, macrostructure, microstructure and inclusion, it is found that there is an interlayer with a lot of inclusions at the edge of angle steel,which makes strength decrease and property abnormal.
