分析国内斜视手术治愈率存在较大差异的可能原因。提出临床评价斜视治疗的效果,应从知觉状态和运动角度出发,严格掌握规范的治疗效果评估标准,进一步具体和细化临床发病率较高斜视类型的治愈评估标准,并且应综合考虑患者的主观满意度。

To analyze the reason of the big difference of the healing rate of strabismus surgery reported in the literature in China. In the evaluation of the effect of the strabismus treatement,analyzer we should stirctly master the evaluation criteria, especially the criteria for evaluatiing sentience state and movement. The criteria for evaluating the healing rate for the strabismus with high incidence should be refined, including consideration of the patient′s satisfaction.
