摘要
应用光镜、电镜、细胞生长曲线和同位素技术等方法,研究了大鼠腹腔肥大细胞(PMC)及PMC上清(含PMC释放的介质)对培养的同源肺成纤维细胞(LFb)生长的影响。结果表明,实验组LFb呈复层生长,H-TdR掺入量和细胞密度均明显大于对照组(P<0.001)。提示PMC释放的活性介质可能含有促进LFb增生的因子。
41ee Mast cells isolated from peritoneal cavity(PMC)of rats and PMC supernatant were
co-cultured with rat lung fibroblasts (LFb) separately,The effect of PMC and its supernatant on
the growth of LFb was studied with light microscopy, electron mi-croscopy,growth curve
and3H-thymidine labelling technique. The results showed that there were stratification
increase in3H-TdR incorporation and cellular density in LFb of experimental groups ,
significantly different from the control(P<0.001).It is suggested that the medium released from
PMC may contain some factors which promote LFb proliferation.
