摘要
应用极谱式氧电极观察了1kHz125dB纯音暴露和吸氧对耳蜗鼓阶外淋巴氧分压的影响。结果表明暴露于1kHz125dB纯音中30min后,皮层听区电位阈值明显提高,耳蜗外淋巴氧分压显著降低;吸氧导致氧分压明显上升,对氧分压的改变在听损伤中所起的作用进行了讨论。
Intracochlear oxygen tension of scala tympani in guinea pigs after noise exposure and oxygen
inhalation was measured with po-larographic oxygen microelectrode. The results showed that 1
kHz, 125 dB pure tone exposure resulted in the decrease of perilym-phatic oxygen
tesion;inhalation of oxygen increased perilymphatic oxygen tension. The role of decreased
oxygen tension in noise-induced hearing loss was discussed.
