摘要
用X线光密度法测量了202例镉接触工人和526例当地无镉接触史的健康居民的尺骨和桡骨骨矿含量。结果表明:镉暴露工人的尺、桡骨中远端骨矿含量明显低于对照组,且桡骨骨矿含量与尿镉及镉接触年限呈明显负相关。故建议用桡骨骨矿含量作为镉致骨损伤的早期诊断指标。
Bone mineral content at the junction of distal third and mid third of both radius and ulna were
measured by the method of radio-photodensitometry in 202 cadmium-exposed subjects and in
526 non-exposed subjects. The results showed that:bone mineral content of distal third and
mid third of radius and ulna in cadmium-exposed subjects was significantly lower than that in
non-exposed subjects;the severity of damage in radius was correlated with the time of
exposure to Cd and the level of urine Cd,the longer the time of exposure to Cd,the higher the
urine Cd level,the more severe bone damage. It is recommended that the bone min-eral content
at the junction of distal third of radius may be used as an early diagnostic index.
