Interaction between Noumenon and Background Surroundings: Discussion on History Study in the Early Stage of Planning from the Angle of Practice on Preservation Planning

本体与背景环境间所具有的内在的本质关联,决定了本体是背景环境构成的最基本约定。本体不仅定义了背景环境的范畴和属性,同时也定义了背景环境的时空特征。保护规划实践表明,规划前期的历史研究不仅对本体与背景环境关系的正确认识和准确把握至为关键,而且是合理有效地确立保护范围与控制地带,高水平完成保护规划的基础。

Noumenon is the basic component of background surroundings by the essential inner connection between them. Noumenon defines the background surroundings not only on category and attributes but also on features of time and space. Practice of preservation planning indicates that history study in the early stage of planning is of vital importance for correct cognizing and accurate handling the relation between noumenon and background surroundings, and furthermore rationally determining the scope of preservation and controlled area, thus completing preservation planning on high level.
