摘要
应用DXC-300A核孔膜红细胞变形能力测定仪,对老年前期、老年期健康人和高血压患者红细胞变形能力进行了测定,并对可导致红细胞变形能力异常的因素──红细胞内Ca ̄(2+)、Mg ̄(2+)浓度进行了测定。结果显示,健康老年人红细胞滤过指数(FI)、红细胞内Ca ̄(2+)较健康老年前期者明显增高(P<0.001及<0.01),FI与红细胞内Ca ̄(2+)及年龄、FI与红细胞内Ca ̄(2+)之间均呈正相关。类似结果亦见于高血压病患者与健康对照组之间。结果提示,红细胞内Ca ̄(2+)增高是导致红细胞变形能力降低的重要因素之一。
Abstract Red cell deformability(RCD) and intracellular calcium and magnesium (RBC-Ca2+, Mg2+1 were studied in pre-aged and aged patients with essential hypertension and healthy subjects. The results showed that red cell filtration index (FI) and RBC-Ca2+ in healthy aged were significantly higher than those in healthy pre aged (P<0.001, 0.01), there were positive correlations between FI, RBC-Ca2+ and age and between FI and RBC-Ca2+. FI in patients was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.001) , and there were also positive correlations between FI, RBC-Ca2+ and age, and FI and RBC-Ca2+. These results suggest that the increasing of RBC-Ca2+ is an important factor leading to decreasing of RCD.
