摘要
金相法测定渗碳层深度要求试件必须为退火状态。采用金相法对淬火+低温回火状态渗碳试件进行了渗层深度的测定,并对其误差作了对比分析。实验说明,直接用金相法测定淬火+低温回火状态的化学热处理试件渗层深度是可行性的。
Carburized layer′s depth of specimen, which must be in annealing state, is traditionally determined by means of metallographic examination. This paper discussed the question about which one is proper method of measurement for carburized layer′s depth of specimen, which is queched and tempered at low temperature, in field situation. Also, error of two method is analyzed by comparison. The result shows that testing method of metallography and microstructure examintion was practicable and reasonable.
