摘要
使用美国标乐公司先进的制样设备、微细抛光悬浮液和特制的抛光布,采用机械抛光和热侵蚀法进行了纯金宏、微观金相试样的制备,成功地显示了纯金试样宏、微观金相组织。结果表明,此方法制样耗时较短、操作简单,并可获得较好的组织效果,是一种较简单、可行的实验方法。
There are some issues in preparing the metallographic sample of pure gold for polishing and structure demonstration. The experiment aims to seek a simple and feasible approach for etching and polishing. With the advanced equipment of American Buehler Company for preparing metallographic sample, fine polishing suspensions and special cloth, the metallographic sample is prepared for pure gold by using mechanical polishing and heat etching method. It successfully shows the macroscopic and microcosmic metallographic structure. The result demonstrates that the process is efficient and easy for operation and the better structure effect can be obtained.
