摘要
通过对低碳低合金钢的成份、热处理工艺、金相组织及机械性能的研究与分析,并借鉴国外斗齿的使用经验提出低碳低合金钢是抵抗高应力、高频率冲击载荷磨粒磨损工况条件下的理想耐磨材料之一。
Under the influence of numerous complex working conditions and soft media, the traditional high manganese steel (ZGMn13 )dipper teeth can not meet the demands of wear-resistance. By researching and analyzing low-carbon low-alloy steel component, technique of heat treatment, metallurgical structure and mechanical characteristic, using foreign experience for reference, this paper indicates that low-carbon low-alloy steel is one of the perfect materials under the high stress and high frequency impact conditions.
