16层螺旋CTU诊断老年原发性肾盂和输尿管移行细胞癌 被引量:7

16-Slice Spiral CT Urographic Diagnosis of Primary Ureter and Renal Pelvic Transitional Cell Carcinoma in the Senile Patients

摘要 目的:探讨16层螺旋CT尿路造影(CTU)技术诊断老年原发性肾盂和输尿管移行细胞癌的价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析42例老年人CTU检查和经手术病理证实的13例原发性输尿管与3例肾盂移行细胞癌的CTU影像特点,年龄69~82岁,病例均采用10mm层厚和层间距行腹盆部CT增强扫描,并获得原始图像,图像经1.25mm层厚和50%的重叠处理后传送至工作站进行图像后处理。结果:42例CTU成功率93%,16层螺旋CTU能够清晰显示尿路肿瘤的大小、形态、范围和与其周围组织结构的关系,螺旋CT扫描结果与术中所见一致。结论:16排螺旋CTU具有扫描速度快、憋气时间短、侵袭性小的特点,同时可多平面、多方位、立体地显示尿路病变,特别适用于老年性尿路疾病的诊断和筛选。 Purpose: To explore 16-Slice spiral CT urographic technique in the clinical diagnosis of primary ureter and renal pelvic transitional cell carcinoma in the senile patients. Materials and Methods: 42 cases of the senile patients were examined using CT urographiy(CTU). Of these patients 13 cases with primary ureter transitional cell carcinoma and 3 cases with primary renal pelvis transitional cell carcinoma proved by surgery and pathology were reviewed. Age range 69 to 82 years. All patients were examined using abdomen-pelvis multislice enhanced CT scan in a single breathhold. The scanning parameters were 10mm collimation and interval. Results: The successful rate of the CTU technique was 93%. CTU with high quality could be obtained with 16-Slice spiral CT to show the whole course of the urinary system and relation to arounding structures. The operative findings were in concord wth the helical CT to depict the shape and size of lesions. Conclusion: 16-Slice spiral CTU has the advantages of fast scan speed, short scan times, and low invasiveness. 3D reconstruction with multi-plane and multi-orientation can provide valuable informations in the diagnosis of urinary diseases. It can be specially applied to the clinical diagnosis of urinary diseases in senile patients.
