老年大鼠甲状腺形态与功能变化的联系 被引量:2

Relationship between thyroid morphological and functional changes in aged rats

摘要 对健康老年雄性大鼠甲状腺形态变化进行观察,并与其功能联系,同时与青、中年鼠进行比较。结果表明,健康老年鼠血清T_3、FT_3、FT_4水平明显降低,老年鼠与青、中年鼠T_3、FT_3、FT_4测定值分别为:T_30.62±0.16nmol/L、1.64±0.38nmol/L及0.88±0.37nmol/L(P<0.01及<0.05),FT_31.57±0.68pmol/L、4.24±1.73pmol/L及3.11±1.22pmol/L(P<0.01及<0.05),FT_424.70±10.80pmol/L、40.40±17.30pmol/L及48.03±17.20pmol/L(P<0.05及<0.01)。老年鼠甲状腺组织从光镜、电镜及免疫组化方面均显示有退行性变,并伴有淋巴细胞浸润至甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞内,反映了组织学与功能变化的一致性,也观察到老年鼠甲状腺组织还伴有功能活性滤泡细胞增生等代偿性变化。 Abstract Age related morphological and functional changes of the thyroid glands in Wistar male rats of different months trere studied, Serum T3, FT3 and FT4 were significantly decreased in old group in comparison with those of middle and young groups. The values for the old and young or middle groups were respectively: T3 0. 62±0. 16nmol/L vs 1.64±0 .38nmol/L or 0. 88±0 .37nmol/L; FT3 1 . 57±0. 68pmol/L vs 4. 24±1. 73Pmol /L or 3. 11±1 .22pmol/L; FT4 24.70±10. 80pmol/L vs 40 .40±17. 30pmol/L or 48.03±17 .20pmol/L.Under light and electron microscopy, and immunohistochemical study degenerative changes were observed in old rats accompanied by functional folliculat epithelial cells hyperplasia and infiltration of lymphocltes into thyroid follicular cells. These reflect the coincidence of thyroid functional and structural changes in aging animals. But there were still some compensatory changes of functioning follicular cell hyperplasia observed.
