摘要
通过对6例患者10条股动脉的二维和彩色血流显像与X线造影和手术的对照研究,发现该技术可以明确地反映病变股动脉的形态、内径、截面积、管壁的厚度和粥样斑块的大小和范围。其测定股动脉内径和狭窄率也与相应部位X线造影的测量结果相关(r分别为0.83和O.86,P<0.001)。
Abstract Ten femoral arteries were studied by two dimensional echocardiography and color flow imaging,arteriography and surgery in 6 patients.The results showd that the circumferential imaging of arterial wall under the endothelial surface could be clearly obtained by ultrasound technique,including the shape and extension of atheromatous plaque,luminal diameter,area,and the thickness of vascular wall.There were good correlations of the femoral arterial diameter and stenosis rate measured by ultrasound with those measured by arteriography(r=0.83 and 0.86,P<0.001,respectively).The study demonstrated the possibility of displaying the early atherosclerosis,particularly the plaques at the posterior arterial wall,of which the arteriography could not be detected.
