胸腹膜恶性间皮瘤过继性细胞免疫治疗（附三例报告）

Adoptive immunotherapy for pleural and peritoneal mesothelioma

报道３例病理证实的恶性胸、腹膜间皮瘤（均有大量胸水，其中１例还伴有大量腹水）采用肿瘤浸润性淋巴细胞加重组白细胞介素２（ＴＩＬ加ｒ－ＩＬ２）或ＴＩＬ加淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞和重组白细胞介素２（ＴＩＬ加ＬＡＫ和ｒ－ＩＬ２）原位回输治疗的效果。治疗后，３例胸水、１例腹水均完全吸收。介绍了我们制备ＴＩＬ的方法，探讨了ＴＩＬ加ｒ－ＩＬ２治疗恶性胸腹水的机制。

Abstract We treated three cases of malignant pleural and peritoneal mesothelioma with a great quantity of pleural or peritoneal effusion by using tumour infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) in combination with recombinant interleukin 2 (r-IL2) or with lymphokine activated killer(LAK) and r-IL2 as well.The pleural and peritoneal effusions were all absorbed after a period of treatment.The method of preparation of TlL is introduced and the mechanism of TIL and r-IL2 in treating malignant pleural effusion is also discussed.
